Emma likes Joey so much that she lives near the Dilovely's house and she pours out a lot of love to Joey. She has a huge appetite for food, and when she eats it, her body temporarily blows very huge. She’s Simple, ignorant and reckless but also a pure girl who has no choice but to love!

Emma has orange hair, round blue eyes, and pigtails in her hair with two purple hairbands. She also has a purple ribbon on her hair.
She also wears a yellow jacket with a purple "E" logo, a purple skirt, dark purple pants and purple boots.
Her design before 2011
Before 2011, Emma was shown very similar to Noe; however she differentiated with purple color and different hair style. Noe and Emma has roller skates on their legs. Now, Emma is Dilovelys' neighbour; not twin with Noe.

In many episodes, Emma becomes fat after she eats some foods nearby, including pancakes, hotdogs, pies, turkeys, strawberries, popcorn, baby food, and a birthday cake. Whenever she burps when she is in obese form, she will turn back to normal

Emma is Bob Dilovely's niece since she always calls him Uncle Bob, so it can be presumed that she is actually Joey's cousin.
Emma appears to have a crush on Joey, even if Joey doesn't like her back..
